A 100% Chardonnay from our Grand Cru vineyard in Mesnil-sur-Oger. The east-facing chalk soil vineyard is situated in the Coté de Blancs region. Aged for a total of 4 years in the cellars the Champagne has developed an elegant structure and freshness in aromas. With its fine sparkling gold colour, the Grand Cru is an elegant and a refined Champagne. Expect well-balanced notes of smooth pulpy fruit, and a roundness in character.

Tasting: 

For 4 years ageing in cellars, the grapes fort his “Grand Cru” originate form the best vineyards in the Champion Region, Le Mesnil Sur Oger. Le Mesnil Sur Oger is the southest Grand Cru of the seventeen grand cru vineyards and the magical place of birth fort he prestigious wines of concullégues Salon and Anselme Selosse for examples. With a beautiful glittering gold appearance. This Grand Cru 100% Chardonnay is elegant and sophisticated.
